In 2023, ERI redefined the meaning of chain-of-custody with the launch of Optech™ Capture™, a mobile scanning solution powered by ERI’s proprietary AI driven SOAR technology.
When deployed in the field, Optech™ Capture™ enables ERI and its logistics network to scan and serialize IT assets at the point of pickup, creating the industry’s only true digital chain of custody of every single asset from the moment it is scanned, photographed and inventoried at pick up all the way to its final disposition within an ERI facility.
